How Great Thou Art

As you may know, this week is another holy time of year for people of my faith.

This is the week that we mark the time when Our Lord returned back to the celestial kingdom from whence He came. But this is not a sad time, rather a time to celebrate and give thanks for the brief years that the Lord E chose to spend with the undeserving people on earth. This planet was far too shabby a place for Him to spend long here. He came to inspire us, to show us The Way and The Light, and then He returned so that He can watch over us all from His Heavenly Jungle Room. E Be Praised!

What are some ways that you can keep the High Holy Days holy? A few ideas.
1. Rock out with Our Saviour’s tunes.

2. Watch the 1968 Comeback Special.

3. Pay a virtual visit to the shop of the most blessed Saint Bernard Lansky. He was our Lord’s personal tailor, and is still in business, still prosperous, still with a sharp mind, a generous spirit, and working hard every day. Truly, he is one of the Lord’s Chosen servants! His Clothier to the King line has utterly gorgeous 1950′s style mens shirts…you’d swear someone had traveled through time to bring them back. Alas, not as much 50′s stuff for the women, but there is one awesome purple ELVIS LIVES t-shirt I have my eye on.

4. Feast ye upon the peanut butter and the banana and the bacon.

5. Be polite to thy neighbor.

6. Take care of thy business.

E-men. Go in peace to love and serve the Lord.

    E-men

There are two kinds of people in the world.

Those who love Elvis and the rest don’t matter.

    Those clothes are beyond gorgeous.

    Wish I could afford ‘em.
