A while ago I saw those Mr. Clean Magic Erasers in the $1 bin at Target. I’d heard good things about them, so I picked one up. I recently got around to trying the thing out, and wow!

It doesn’t work total miracles. Like, it didn’t get mildew off of my bathroom ceiling, and it didn’t get the ground-in grime off of my kitchen floors, but it was amazing nonetheless.

You know that sticky, grey dinge that builds up on refrigerator handles and arm rests and keyboards? I call it “scunge.” Well, the Magic Eraser wipes out scunge utterly!! My refrigerator, which is of indeterminate age, now looks brand-spankin’ new! My white Ikea computer desk, which I was resigned to thinking of as my GREY Ikea computer desk, is white once more!! I could not believe it. Try one for yourself, and prepare to be impressed.
