Putting the ‘More’ in “S’mores”

Over the weekend we had a Desserts Pot-Luck party for BW’s birthday.  Guests did not disappoint as everyone came with NOM in hand.  My contribution was the above:  Nutella S’more Bars.  I found the recipe online back around World Nutella Day and just needed a crowd to try them out on.  I always make s’mores using Nutella in place of chocolate bars anyway, so I figured it would be a sure thing.I thought they were awesome, and super-easy.  Cousin L asked for the recipe, so here we go:Nutella S’More Bars8 graham crackers, processed into fine crumbs2 cups Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix1 stick of butter, melted1 tsp vanilla13oz jar of Nutellamini marshmallowsPreheat oven to 375 and grease a 9×9 inch (broiler-safe) pan.Combine graham cracker crumbs with the sugar cookie mix.  Stir in melted butter and vanilla until thoroughly moistened.  Press dough into pan and bake 20 minutes or until crust feels firm.  When crust is done, turn off the over and turn your broiler on low setting.While crust is still warm, slather  on the Nutella.  You will need almost a whole jar.  Cover Nutella with marshmallows and place under the broiler for 1-3 minutes until marshmallows are lightly browned.  Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
