Tonight I have a Friendship Anniversary (do other people do this?) “date” with Whistler.  We’re going to the Pens vs. Carolina game.  I’ve never been to a live hockey game before, but we found good seats on Craigslist that weren’t obscenely overpriced (quelle surprise!) so I’m gonna give it a try.

Watching games on tv I can’t ever follow WTF is going on.  I’m like an old lady at a movie, “Now, who is that again?”…”Did he just do something? Oh, I see.”…”He seems like a nice young man.”  etc.    So wish me luck.

Do you think they ever pick random fans out of the stand to meet Sid Crosby?
